Ever since the latest android update my speaker phone volume is extremely low on my galaxy s5. Help?

Thanks for the heads up, cameo217! I have seen other customers mention this as well. We want to lift this information up to Samsung and the software team, but they will need some more details.
Are you using the phone with a bluetooth or wired headset?
Is there a case or screen protector on the phone?
