This is now my fourth Eris. It will automatically shut off on me. Customer service keeps sending me new phones. Is this a common problem? I am so not happy with this phone.
Also, my husband's phone sometimes doesn't have any sound to hear the calls, he took it to the store for tech support, and supposedly they fixed it. Not.
Suggestions.
Just maybe it is not the phone itself and actually the battery. Have you tried a new battery in your phone to see if it'll stop shutting off? I imagen your husband has an Eris & not having the shut down issues. Pop his battery in your phone to test it out.
