Im sick and tired of dealing with verizon. Security "image", are you KIDDING ME? It's 10 times harder to enter the site than my banks online!!! It's more difficult than accessing my etrade!!!! The security questions are stupid and ENDLESS. I changed my billing information and auto pay WEEKS ago, and I'm still getting notices that my payment is past due and I need to pay online, but when I go to the site, it says that the autopay will take care of it. I'm constantly having password problems. I'm dropping this company and going with a competitor. When I bought my phone and signed a plan they performed a HARD credit check on my, DROPPING MY CREDIT SCORE that won't recover for 5 years. There's no justification for this.
