My wifes droid has lost all the folders in her email. The only folder that shows up is the inbox, no sent, outgoing, trash, nothing. Where did they go and how do I get them back? Thanks.
If you are looking for the gmail folders, open the app and press menu, then labels. that bring up a list of all folders. If you want to veiw all foldeers at once, pick all mail and that will load all emails with tags on what folder they are in.
Thank you but no, not gmail, the standard email app on the phone is where all the folders are missing. Where you would get your imap or pop email.
Sorry cant help you out with those. I dont have any secondary emails set up as my other account is basic yahoo and they dont allow POP3 forwarding on the free version.
