My new Ellipsis is having BT issues: it will pair with other devices (my phone, headset, and car), but will not actually connect to them. The BT icon in the notification bar remains greyed out, and the other side of the pair says there are no connections. My phone (a Lumia 822) sees my car and headset just fine. I've tried the usual ineffective suggestions - unpair/repair and soft reset of the tablet.

Pairing isn't the problem. I see ANDROID_BT in the device lists of my phone and car, and I see my car and phone in the device list on the tablet. The tablet simply will not talk to them when Bluetooth is turned on.
