I received notification on the Lollipop upgrade, downloaded same and upgraded it. Upon reboot, it goes thru the red Verizon Ellipsis screen and blanks out and won't go any further. I contacted support and sent it back. It was returned to me not touched because the screen is broken. (Doesn't impair my use.) I need to find the site to download the updated so I can put it on the sdcard to do the upgrade.
