It's really going to depend on what you are looking for. Me personally, I prefer the regular S6. But I found a handy comparison online with a few features.
* S6 is about $100 cheaper than the Edge.
* The Edge is a slightly lighter phone weight wise.
* Same screen sizes.
Both have Quad HD screen resolution, 16 megapixel camera, and both come in 32GB or 64GB of memory.
The one thing the EDGE has that the regular doesn't is the Edge display. It's like a side bar on the phone that's a shortcut to commonly used apps. Much like the start bar on a desktop computer.
