I can not hear other callers but they can hear me. If I out on speaker phone I can. Please help.

I would be concerned too if I wasn’t able to use the ear speaker on my phone. What is the make/model of your device? When did this first happen? Do you use a Bluetooth or other hands-free device when making calls?
