Droid Ultra freezes up and shuts off. I did a factory reset and removed the battery and the same thing continues to happen. Any ideas?
I know how important it is to ensure you have a reliable phone Back932. When did you start experiencing issues with your device freezing? Have you installed any new applicatons when you noticed the issues? Is there any physical or water damage to the device?
