My Droid pro goes into silent mode by itself and turn off the Ringer Volume, there is not way to listen a coming call ringer and doesn't allow me to change it or turn off the silent mode. This problem happen for the last two weeks. Can someone help me?

I know the ringer is a huge feature of any phone, so I can imagine this is very frustrating. You can try putting the phone in Safe Mode to see if a third party application could be causing this to happen. You can also try a Hard Reset . Make sure you have not added an app that will silence the ringer and all tones for times ya choose. Maybe you added it awhile ago, forgot about it and somehow it has been reactivated.
