I have it. Got it the 1st week of Dec '12. Before i bought it i did some research. I had to. It's my 1st smartphone. After reading the countless rave reviews (both "expert" and user reviews) about the voice/call quality of the droid incredible 4g lte. I decided to take it out for a test drive. In less than 14 days i made up my mind to keep it. The voice/call quality is very good. The best i've had on any cellphone i've owned.
The phone's other functions aren't as important to me. So i didn't want to pay more than i had to. Fortunately it was on sale ($50 plus tax) at the time
The only negative i've found so far is when it comes to sorting contacts into groups. There's no business group.
If i find another negative i'll come back to this page and post it.

I found another negative. I can't set the phone to alert me with a sound/tone to a missed call.

Hi tjamscad. I found another negative. I'll go to "storage", press "app storage locations settings". I then press "update all". I then get the choice of "phone storage" or "storage card". I choose "storage card" and it reads ok, but when i go back to check it out.
It reads phone storage. I've gone back a few times to check if i'm doing it wrong. Nope. I'm not doing it wrong. "Update all" gives just two choices. Phone storage or storage card. No matter how many times i choose storage card, the setting goes back to phone storage on its own.

Hi tjamscad. I just sorted all my business numbers into their own group. I went to "How to use this device", and i clicked on "Contacts" and it was there that i saw the instructions for "Creating a Group".
It worked like a charm.

I finally figured it out. The phone comes with a Notification LED. It's in the same place that lights up when the phone is being charged. It blinks to let the owner know of a missed call and/or text message.
