This one is kind of funny. We don't know if there is going to be an update at all. LOL. Then why do you keep saying there is one. Customer service in most places are ill informed. If it hasn't started going out then it doesn't exist.
I have worked customer service before in an environment very similar to theirs in fact a lot of the people I worked with ended up at Verizon. There are some people who make it a point to learn and keep abreast of the most up to date information the majority give stock answers that are essentially, I'm not sure so I will just say that doesn't exist or there is no information or whatever pacifies.
