Even though the message clearly stated the offer is expired, it seems to be installed on the phone.I found that out by clicking next and looking around. To use Drive it will probably take 2 hours on the internet looking up info.The directions on the phone for Drive are wrong or perhaps outdated. Because the Drive app certainly doesn't have what the directions are saying. The most difficult thing and complaint with these phones is getting correct directions for use, but I figured it out. 
Verizons upper management doesn't have any common sense. Think about it? You get a device with no directions how to use it, that are accurate or up to date. You think they'd say with this device we have a book that comes with it for $20 bucks we highly recommend you purchase it. Or it's just hit or miss learning the phone. So what to do is obviously get rid of some of the dead weight top brass.
