Droid 4 - Trying to set up Corporate Email Sync. It does not show the domain and server sign in messages. Only see my email and password to add. What do I do?

When you are setting up the email, after you enter the email address and password, tap 'Next', then the page will allow you to enter the additional email settings like domain and server. The user manual (http://bit.ly/LSoXCG) also provides steps for email set up.

When i hit next. It gives me an error messgage. So i never see the domain and server info. I downloaded an app that let me sync my corp mail.
