I recently bought a Droid 4 and it's worked well up to this point. I haven't had 3G signal in 4 days, so I was wondering if this was an Android problem or my service in general. Any tips would help, thanks!

I can understand the inconvenience of experiencing difficulties with your device. What zip code are you located in? Are you able to make/receive calls or just experiencing difficulties with data connectivity? Is your issue happening indoors/outdoors or both? If you haven’t already please remove the battery, reinsert and retest. If you’re still experiencing difficulties please provide us with additional details so we can further assist.

I went to a Verizon store and the problem was fixed. Removing the SIM card (can't remove the battery on a Droid 4) did not help but after holding down the power button and the volume down button on the side of the phone (makes the phone reset) worked. Thank you for your response.
