Obviously, i even called customer service yesterday and she said .... The Device Replacement Program is not applicable to Pre-Paid accounts??? HELLO!!! The device was paid in full.

I'd be honest with you .... i'll be careful next time purchasing any product showing your brand specially from 3rd party vendors. Like I said, AT&T is far superior when it comes to situations like this. They replaced my defective phone before even if it was purchased from Best Buy. I had a feeling you would do the same but it never happened. Here's one less customer for you. BYEZ!
