My My Verizon App on my phone is telling me that I've used 95% of my data allowance. I've also gotten texts and emails stating the same thing. However, I signed into verizonwireless.com and it's telling me that I've only used about half my data allowance. What is going on? I use my My Verizon App to judge if I need to add 2 more GB of data to my plan or not. Now I'm wondering if I actually haven't been going over and that the App has led me to believe that I am and that I'm paying Verizon for more data than I really need.

I am being told the same saying I'm at 4G? And my husband has used 90% of his. I've NEVER GONE OVER. Something is going on. I've asked others and they say it's happening to them too. Verizon what is going on?? Get in touch with me
