DROID RAZR MAXX HD cannot download/install updates or new programs after the latest OS update was pushed to it this morning. So far this is just over her data plan, as she has not had access to wifi yet.
Google Play did allow her buy the licensed version of Swype, but the download went on for an hour and never finished. No errors. She then attempted to down load Google keyboard, same deal.
Gmail, Facebook and the stock browser are working, so data is turned on.
There are no error messages.
Please advise.
The downloads work on WiFi. We probably will not waste any more time on this, hopefully it will be fixed at some point.
I'm sorry you're having issues with downloads after your OS update david501. Try power cycling after the update and any apps you are unable to access try downloading any current version of that application to assist with access. Please keep us posted.
