I just got a DROID 4 yesterday and everything seemed to be good with it at home, but at work my phone wont send texts or receive them. I noticed it wont send or receive them unless I have 4g service is this normal my last phone was fine with sending texts at work but if this one isn't going to work unless I have 4g I just need to return it because it's useless to me.
