Corrupt Lollipop update on Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Ever since the lollipop update on my Note 4 my service is horrible. At my house I went from two 4G bars to barely one 3G bar. My husband has a Turbo and gets three 4G bars in the same spot I only get one 3G bar. Also my camera continues to focus as I am taking a picture. It never done this before but now it drives me crazy. I have only had it for 6 months now and am so upset with its function compared to my old note2.

I mostly experience it at home. I had two bars 4G service than all the

sudden I don't and cannot pick any 4G up now. But every where else my

service is never as good as other people's around me. My zip is 45660.

Forgot to answer the calls and text part. We have video calling and I have

never been able to use it due to service. My texts lag and I won't receive

them when people send them. My voice does cut out a lot on calls to other

people. I can hear them but they can't hear me.

I am not connected to WiFi. I do have a case on my phone but have since I

got it and had service then. My signal does improve once leaving the house

but again I say my husband has good service in the house.

Ok I tried that but signal strength still remained the same. No improvement.

I have not heard back from anyone for five days now. I tried putting my

phone in safe mode but no change in service. This service issue is driving

me crazy since I had decent service 2 months ago!
