I have a Samsung galaxy 4 phone. My battery was loosing power fast. I'm not sure what I pressed but I lost my contacts and favorites. If I go into messages all that shows is numbers. When I hit contacts, it says loading, but never does. Any suggestions?
Hi Whitey, loosing battery power and your contacts being lost at the same time is very concerning. Let me help you get your contacts back and help you with your battery loosing power. How long was it from the last full battery charge until the battery lost power? Does your device have any phyiscal or moisture damage? Did you have the contact back up to the cloud?
