Contacts won't back up to Cloud on droid turbo....does anyone have ideas on how to correct?

Hi King8352,

Backup options are essential in safe keeping vital information. We always want this process to simple. Sorry to hear that this is not happening. What happens when you attempt to backup the device contacts to the cloud? Any error messages? Has this device ever performed a successful backup in the past?

We get an error message. We have always had difficulty with backing up to the cloud and with this device. I hope you have the solution! It is my son's phone...John. He spoke with tech support last Thursday and was told he would get a call back; however, no call has been received. We sincerely appreciate your help!

Change all of your contacts to Google contacts and let Google back them up.  you will save yourself tons of future headaches.  Changing is simple, download Contacts Optimizer and use that to change them all over to google as bulk, then start the Google sync and you never need to worry about these again
