I use my phone a lot to take photos and transfer them to my computer using windows explorer (file manager)
When I select the folder where the photos are on my phone all I see are blank thumb nails. I cannot see the image which makes it very difficult to file photos where I want them. I have tried this on windows xp and window 7 with the same results. My old motorola droid worked just fine on both systems.
Any ideas on how to correct this?
