It drives me bonkers when my voicemail box fills up. I miss calls and have no idea why people were calling! Although we do not offer online access to voicemail messages I've found that Visual Voicemail is very helpful. If you have a smart phone it's a great way to skip to the messages you want to listen to. There are also some third party voicemail systems that may do exactly what you're looking for.
