Wow, a bit upset aren't you?

All this could and would have been avoidable IF VERIZON WOULD HAVE COMMUNICATED with THEIR CUSTOMERS.


It seems quite clear that Verizon is lacking in customer service skills.

Well, I just tried to get the upgrade tool to show on my S4 and couldn't. Maybe this method is only available to the LG G2. I've tried a few different USB cables and uninstalling/reinstalling drivers. But nothing got the tool to show up on hook up to pc.

So, still waiting! Smiley Sad

Okay well, getting back to my previous post. The upgrade tool wouldn't show up on my 32bit Win7 PC, but I tried it on my 64bit Win 8.1 Laptop and it showed up and is installing now.

Not sure why it wasn't working on my Win 7 machine.I will have to look into it further and try to determine why.

....And after all that, the upgrade tool said the same thing as Samsung Kies, that the device is up to date on MK2 for the SCH-i545.

Haha! Gotta love it! So still waiting for 4.4 on S4.
