I have a casio commando 4g lte. Whenever I try to enter the Google Play Store it starts to load then the screen turns black and then goes to the main menu. Does anyone else have this problem or know of how to fix it?
Nope. I've had a Commando C811 for over a year and never had that problem. Try turning off the memory hog apps using the Manage Apps feature. Disable Facebook, Youtube, AMEX and NFL for starters.
