I just activated a new plan with unlimited texting but I cannot send or receive texts....any ideas?
If you just ported your number over from a different carrier, sometimes it takes a while for all features to activate (though I would hope by now that this is no longer an issue).
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
