I had trouble yesterday both downloading a text/picture message and sending a response. I was at home with WiFi on, and nothing worked until I turned WiFi off - then everything went through. Is this normal? I running a Razr Maxx on ICS.
Yes, that's normal. You can't send/receive picture messages on wifi, you have to be on Verizon's data network.
