Finally got my new phone in the mail today (yay!), LG G4. When I stepped out of the room, my son noticed my phone blinking, and wanted to "help" by checking my messages... he didn't know the password for the screen lock... and failed 10 times. Which apparently has reset my phone.
My problem is that it will not let me verify my account. It said to sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device. I have tried, over and over. And it's like it's just stuck in a loop. I put in the email, put in the password, it accepts and asks me to select wifi, which I do. It checks the connection, checks for updates... and goes right back to where I started!
I know I am using the correct password. I have logged into that account on my laptop, and it shows that I logged in to my phone on my Google account. I've shut it off and restarted several times. It just keeps doing the same thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
