I cannot receive phone calls on my LG G4. Furthermore, I get no indication that anyone has tried to call me.
It says, "Unfortunately phone has stopped" if I look at my phone while someone tries to call me. I can make outgoing calls fine
Used Verizon troubleshooter
Performed factory reset
Any ideas? Do I need to head to Verizon to get it fixed?

Do you recall any application updates prior to these issues occurring?
You mentioned performing a Factory Reset. When this step was taken, did you leave your phone with only stock applications, or did you use Google's Recovery System
to reinstall all Play Store apps?
You may also stop by a store location if you wish. I understand it has been two days as well since you last posted. Are you still experiencing these issues?
