Can't get NFL Mobile Free

Im having an issue when trying to access NFL Mobile Premium Features.  I have a more everything plan (I double checked), and, as per Verizon policies I should have access to the Premium features of NFL Mobile (see below).  I have the a Galaxy S4 running android 4.4.2 and nfl mobile 11.1.6.  I am only able to get the 2 minute preview.  It still says I can pay $5.00/month for premium access.  I've tried to 'uninstall update' for nfl mobile and reinstall the 11.1.6 version but it still gives the same message ($5/month).

Beginning in September, you can also add NFL RedZone

for $1.99/month.

The way I see it, if your plan includes that feature already, then it shouldn't show up on your bill regardless of what you agree to on that phone. It would be easy to argue down if for some reason it did show up.

We appreciate you trying all those steps already, julanow. When you access the NFL Mobile application on your phone, tap the Menu in the top left corner then Settings. Do you have the "Watch Live Games" selected? When you access NFL Mobile, what happens if you try to watch one of the current games?

when I select the option to 'Watch' under settings it just brings me to a page, titled 'Subscriptions' explaining the NFL Mobile premium package.and how much it costs.  I have no option to accept/decline and I have to go back to the settings menu.

When I try and watch live games I get a screen stating my preview has expired (I watched the 2:00 minutes already).  there is a video explaining NFL mobile and then on the bottom half of the screen there is a button to subscribe for $5.00/month.

It IS confusing - I, too, recently switched to MORE Everything, and I see the ads that NFL Mobile Premium, including NFL Live, is now included with More Everything... I went to the app, got the following screens when I opened it:

 

When I continue, I am asked to subscribe, at $5 a month.  It seems the language should be different if you are on More... you still need to take the step to subscribe, but it should very clear that there is no added charge for doing so.  The screens I see all imply there WILL be a charge, so it's deceptive.  We ARE agreeing to a $5 charge, even though we are told it's included.  Very confusing, and I'm hesitant to click the Subscribe button.

So I finally got it working.  I went to click on the $5.00 subscribe button (very hesitantly, as I was preparing myself for a battle once my bill came).  After selecting it I got a message stating that I couldn't subscribe because video purchases were blocked on my account.  I went into my Verizon account on my computer and removed the block for videos (Manage Verizon Family Safeguards and Controls).  I then removed the newest version of NFL Mobile on my phone and updated again.  It then re-linked my account and I got the message stating that I was eligible for the free premium service.

Hope this helps someone in the future.
