Sent from a text messaging rookie with a Galaxy Note 3. I know if you want to send a "fresh" text to someone without just adding on to a previous text to that person you can elect to delete the previous text message before sending the new one. My question is: What if you want to send them a fresh text but do not wish to delete the previous conversation? Sometimes I like to keep it as a reference. How can I do this? If it makes any difference I'm using chompSMS as my messaging app.
Thanks in advance… Bob

There's probably several ways. You could forward the message to email, Verizon Cloud with also store texts and many other things.

This sounds like you are saying "this is not a text message option but here are a few workarounds" is this correct?
Thanks... Bob

I understand wanting to keep previous conversations Agunats! Another way you can save your messages is by taking a screen shot of the conversation and saving it or doing what Salisbury recommended. We do not support 3rd party applications like chompSMS. I recommend reaching out to the developer to see if there is an options on what you are asking for. Keep us updated.
