All of my calls are going straight to voice mail when the phone is in sleep mode. Any advice? I do not want to have it "never" go into sleep mode because then the screen will remain on and the battery will drain.
Hey there Agriffith317, sounds like your is a sleepy head and tends to get a bit lazy. Lets put its rear end in gear to make sure you are always receiving calls.
Even if you phones screen times out, you should still be able to receive calls. It should never go straight to voicemail, unless the phone is turned off, or you are outside of the Verizon Wireless coverage area.
Please try powering off the phone for me and removing the sim card. Give it about 30 seconds and reinsert the sim card and power the phone back on. Please update us if the calls continue to go straight to voicemail.
