Buying a phone from a different site.

If i buy a phone from a different site, like amazon, do i still get the 1 year warranty?

Also, would you get a silicon case or a hard case for the droid razr m?

I heard the hard case scratches your phone and the silicon gets lose at times.

would you get a screen protector for the droid razr m , and what kind of screen protector, anti glare, anti scratch ect?

The one year warranty comes with the phone, regardless where you buy it. As for the rest of your query, these are personal choices and hard to answer. I, myself, prefer the Otter case. It's a bit pricey, but, for me, well worth it. If you get an Otter case, you do not have to buy separate screen protectors.
