I have blocked a number and the block is due to be renewed in March 2014. This morning, a text from the blocked number came through as a download. When I went to retrieve the download, I got a message from my phone stating that the download was expired and the text disappeared from my text log. I have a Galaxy S3. Please advise.

We apologize if there was a message received on your end from a number you had blocked, this is definitely odd. I know it's important to have the block service working at all times and we definitely want to get to the bottom of this. We need additional information to determine the cause of this.
