So after my phone decided to randomly change it's pin tonight, it ended up erasing itself because I took too many tries.
This would be a minor inconvenience if the backup assistant would actually restore my contacts. However when I go to sync my contacts I get the message :
Provisioning Failed,
Operation failed due to invalid authentication credentials
How do I fix this? I need my contacts.
I have tried clearing the cache and data of both backup assistant and sync service so far.
Please help
I know it is important to have your contact information Hainsey405. What is the make/model of your device? Typically phones now use Verizon Cloud. Have you been to the website http://spr.ly/6580BPEUY to check to see if you see your information?
