Backup Data Assistant for Ubunt

Hello,  I downloaded the Backup assistant Plus for Ubuntu 12.04 64 Bit,  In preparation of upgrading my Commando,

Yet Im having problems installing it. 

Using the Software center, this is the error

Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: totem-gstreamer

When trying by command line the error is

:~/Downloads$ sudo dpkg -i verizon21-2.1.13-64bit-13.deb

I've searched for the missing packages  totem-gstreamer,libdirectfb-bin ,
libmtp8 ,  But cant find the correct packages

Any help would be great.

As long as your contacts are saved as google contacts, they will be backed up in your gmail account.  No need for backup assistant.
