Every morning when I check my phone, I have a message that says Backup Assistant failed on my Samsung Stratosphere. This has been going on for about three weeks. I have checked to make sure the Auto-Sync is checked in Backup Assistant. The Auto-Sync seems to be why I am getting the message. If I backup manually, it works. Any ideas how to fix this?
I think I figured out my own question and this might help some of you also. I recently downloaded Backup Assistant Plus. For some reason it does not work with Backup Assistant on the same phone. I uninstalled Backup Assistant Plus. This should take care of the problem.
