Back up assistant failure 025

What is wrong with my backup assistant on my Samsung Stratsphere. It used to work. I can back up on line.

Don't know the answer but I've been getting an error from BUA for the last 2 or three days now also. Must be on their end.

Are you still having problems with error 025? Do you get the error when you attempt to sync from the device?
Please clear the application cache for BUA by completing these steps
http://tiny.cc/r7n1iw. Once complete, let me know if you are still getting the error code.
