Just like the Droid Razr M, one big drawback to the Droid Razr M HD is the amount of bloatware installed. This includes Verizon's curated app store, NFL Mobile, VZ Navigator, Verizon Tones for ringtones, and Verizon Video, all of which cannot be uninstalled. This is a serious slap in the face for customers since many of these apps aren’t lightweight and take up valuable storage space. Verizon Video, for example, is a whopping 8.24MB in size and its $10-per-month, $3-per-day pricing (on top of your standard bill) is outrageous. This is why we hate Verizon.

There is no phone called the Razr M HD, and if you don't like the pre-installed apps, don't use them.

Let me know when you find a phone without any pre-installed apps.

You can disable most/all of them under ICS right? So that just leaves the storage space issue. (BTW, on the Droid 4, Verizon Video seems to be only 1.6MB)
And while it is annoying, even if they total 100MB, that's still only a small fraction of storage

WOW 8 whole MB huh? The Razor M comes with 8 GB. If it's like my Lucid 2.5 GB are used for the system and pre-installed apps. That leaves you 5.5 GB or over 5500 MB for more apps. I do think that we should be able to uninstall bloatware after a period of time. Heck I might even not mind Plants VS Zombies on my phone if it was the actual game and not a demo.

This is not an old complaint...it's an ancient complaint. With my first cell phone, a Nokia clamshell (forget the model it's been so long ago) there were 4 or 5 pre-installed apps, including a game which I believe was called "Snake." If you don't like Verizon, go to T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Cricket...oh gee! All of them also have bloatware.

Verizon didn't charge a $30 replacement fee when I bought this phone.
