Is anyone else getting a music loop since the Kit Kat update on their Galaxy Note 3? I have what sounds like the boot music constantly looping on my phone now. It's annoying to say the least. I'd like to be able to fix this as I can't use the music player on my phone because this garbage music keeps playing constantly and overpowering the music player. Any one have any ideas besides a factory reset? I use my phone for more than just entertainment and pleasure, it's a business tool and factory resetting it needs to be my last option.
I did a battery pull and removed the SIM card. Booted the phone with no SIM, then did another battery pull. The music issue seems to be fixed for now.
