Well I contacted them today and asked why it no longer said it and was told the detials on the phone were unclear at that time. Kinda upset its not waterproof the the Japan version "J Butterfly" and makes me rehink the phone a little.
AZ1084, I don't want you rethink the phone. It's an awesome device with a huge display, wireless charging back, quad core processor and 1080p resolution!
