My Alarm would not sound if I looked at the screen moments before it was set to go off so I download a couple of clock updates. Yesterday the tone was really low but I didnt worry about it. Today the alarm tones have no sound--at all. I deleted the new apps but I'm still having the same problem. Even the ringtones I created are not playing. Is there any way to get these back?
Have you received the over the air software update that was released on 7-16-2010. It is is being rolled out in stages. You can check to see which version you have available, the steps are below. The update was a fix for the audio issues. The latest version is 2.37.605.4/Radio: 2.42.01.04.27. Hope this helps!
