I installed the most recent update on my Galaxy Note2 and now all my phone does it flash the start-up screen that says "Samsung GALAXY NoteII". I have tried everything from removing the battery for long periods of time before turning it back on, turning the phone back on while still on a USB connection. I have even tried to do a hard restart (volume button, home button & power button simultaneously) but that did NOTHING, it didn't even turn OFF the phone... PLEASE someone help!!
irishpride.1983 Let's get your phone back to normal. IS the phone plugged into a charger? Remove the battery for 10 minutes and retest. Please keep us posted.
