After KitKat upgrade (which I did not accept - it was pushed while phone was on desk and I was in meeting) bluetooth will not transfer contacts to AUDI MMI.

Awful buggy upgrade.  Hate it enough to ditch the phone.  JellyBean worked fine with my Audi.  KitKat will not transfer contacts to Audi MMI phonebook.  This was a problem years ago that was corrected.  Now it is back.
