I'm very displeased with my new Droid 4 and would like to switch back to my Droid Incredible. I have tried calling customer service, but all I get to on there is the balance of my bill. I've tried looking here on the site, but when we tried from the primary account, it prompts us to purchase a new plan, because my old device is not compatible with the one we have now. However, it is, because it is the phone I had when we first bought the plan. The plan is an old one, one they no longer offer, so it's not an option on the website. How can I activate my old device while on our current plan? Perhaps I could chat with someone here online from Verizon?
