Brand new phone just updated itself and locked. Took back to store they reset it to turn back on now it restarts itself every few minutes.... I live 2 hours from a Verizon store and I've made 2 trips today already.

What update was done on the device prior to this issue? What's the last action taken on the device just before it restarts itself? Can we assume that there isn't any liquid/physical damage on the device? As you share the details then we can customize a solution for you.
