4g LTE all white instead of blue

I have a brand new razr maxx device with the most recent update of 19.6.3. My 4g LTE icon on top right corner is in all white. Used to be blue. Everywhere I go (home, work, outside, is all white) it’s limiting my network functionality although I can get to internet, it is slower than usual. My older razr maxx HD had the same issue so I know it’s not the device. What is going on? Even when I’m on wireless, the wireless signal icon is also white.

The newest update of the android operating system has the icon always being white now. It will no longer be blue because Google has changed that facet of your OS.
