4G hotspot

I just got the Razr M yesterday (saturday) and the hotspot keeps saying cannot connect to verizons server??

I'm assuming you are on the Share plan that presumably includes the hotspot. If so, then you need to call customer service to provision this, the authentication software isn't revised to handle these new plans.

If you are on unlimited or tiered plans, wi-fi hotspot doesn't appear to be provisioned unless the hotspot feature (unlimited) or plan (tiered) is turned on. That costs extra $20 bux (plan) or $30 (unlimited data feature).

I had to turn on the 4g data then enabled the hot spot, seems to work. I got this message!!
