Kindle is the best app to go with. It's free!

Most library books have DRM. You will want to ask your libraian what ebook readers are compatable.

I've been using the Nook app.  It's very legible on the Droid, free and extremely stable.  Plus it can be linked to your Barnes and Noble library.

I have aldiko and nook on my phone. I would also check what ereaders your library supports. I know my local library has the option of checking out ebooks but I don't remember what file types they offer.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Kindle has worked flawless for me... set my text to white/background to black and bam!

Love Kindle!

Anyone use an anti-glare screen protector? They work? How's the quality in indoor lighting? I would like to read in the car (husband doesn't like my driving haha) but I can't see because of the glare!

I haven't had luck with getting one on correctly on the Droid 1&2 ... but if you can find a "Ghost Armor" kiosk in your mall they will install and guarantee it.
